trip to NYC

O vikendu jsem byl s Carlou v NYC, nase kroky vedly nejdrive do restaurace Zlata Praha, kde jsme si v cestine objednali Vepro Knedlo Zelo a Svickovou. Ja jsem si dal Staropramena (moc dobrej tocenej). Jako od Datla nebo v Sokolovne to nebylo, ale dalo se to povazovat za cesky jidlo. Ceny uz cesky nebyly, protoze v cechach bychom za takovy obed 1000 korun nezaplatili :) Pokracovali jsme na muzikal "Kraska a Zvire" na Broadwayi. Bylo to super, kulisy byly opravdu vychytane, efekty taktez. Herci pekne zpivali a celkove jsme odchazeli spokojeni. Chvili jsme se prochazeli okolo Times Square a na veceri jsme sli do luxusni brazilske restaurace. Dali jsme si rajcata s mozzarelou a cerstvou bazalkou jako salat a specialne pripravene brazilske kure na grilu jako hlavni jidlo. Super den! V City se toho da delat opravdu hodne, jenom jsou potreba penize :)

Vitek's cooking

Ucim se varit ceska jidla v americe - neni to jednoduche protoze muj jediny zdroj moudrosti jsou recepty a pomoc na dlouhou vzdalenost - pres skype :) Ne vzdycky to dopadne dobre, ale treba tahle kachna se povedla. Na knedlicich musim jeste zapracovat, protoze jsem nesehnal hrubou mouku tak to neni uplne ono...

Mimochodem, kdyz se podivate do rohu, tak uvidite kolache, ty se mi ale moc nepovedly protoze nenakynuly :(
